Bell’s Cookies is a family-owned, Seattle-based cookie shop that creates nostalgic cookies with a unique twist. Named after Tomas and Brooke’s daughter Isabella, Bell’s Cookie Co. opened in 2020. To read more about our story visit the Our Story page.
For starters, Bell’s Cookies are delicious! We believe in using the best ingredients and create nostalgic, classic flavors with a little bit of personality!

To ensure the freshest cookie experience possible, shipping days are Monday to Friday for Washington State, Monday to Thursday for California, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, and Montana, and Monday to Wednesday for all other states.

Each individual cookie product page displays the ingredients. Each cookie will come individually packages with a sticker listing the main ingredients. Also, you can go to the nutrition facts page.
The right way to enjoy a Bell's cookie is with a smile on your face, but we also recommend warming your cookies to achieve optimal gooeyness.

You can warm your cookie up in the oven at 350 degrees for 3-5mins or in the microwave for 5-15 seconds depends on how gooey you want your cookie!
You can store your cookies in an airtight container for up to 5 days ( if you can even wait that long!)
To maintain freshness and flavor, we recommend freezing any cookies that you aren't eating immediately.

Our cookie dough is totally edible, but we suggest you resist the temptation, as it contains eggs for that classic homemade taste!
