OUR STORY

Say hello to Tomas and Brooke Perez, an entrepreneurial duo who met in Bogotá, Colombia in 2014. Their story began with a shared enthusiasm for culinary innovation and a growing love for one another.

After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Culinary Arts Management and farm-to-table studies, Brooke moved to Bogotá, Colombia to work as a culinary consultant.

She met Tomas and they quickly discovered their shared passion for crafting inventive twists on classic comfort foods, setting the stage for a rewarding collaboration. Their dreams of culinary innovation took flight, leading to the establishment of a bakery and cafe in Colombia before returning to the US.

ABOUT BELL'S COOKIES

In 2017, Brooke and Tomás started a successful catering business, Table Catering Co. But when the world paused in 2020, so did their thriving catering business. However, cookies couldn't be stopped! People kept ordering their irresistible cookies. These treats became a source of comfort and joy for friends and family during challenging times. 

In 2020, they took the decisive step to officially launch Bell's Cookie Co., and their first retail store opened in the summer of 2021 at Greenlake in Seattle.

They named Bell’s Cookies after their daughter Isabella, or “Bell”, whose kind spirit reflects the joy these cookies inspire.

In 2023 they opened a second Bell’s Cookies. location in the heart of Madrid, Spain.
